These are much better than that poem that creep wrote for me when I was 16.

Mom is a Flower

Mom is flexible
as
petals

Warm
as
Anthers

Sometimes
Angry
as
Pollen

But I
still love
her
like
a
flower

I Bet You Love

I bet you love Rosemary
More than me!
Psyche!
You love me
More than anything.

I bet you love olives
More than me!
Psyche!
You love me
More than anything you've seen.

Happy Mother's Day!

Yet another disadvantage of homeschooling: ok boys, sit down and right a poem about how much I mean to you and how much you love me. What? You can't thing of one nice thing I've done for you? Oh RREALLY??

Love the poetry!

It was good to see you at church today...making your grand entrance right after your husband finished his reading :-)

Tracee - but at least you don't have to throw the stuff out that they made when it starts to take over your house! And why not ask them to write you a darn poem? I ask my husband to buy me flowers!

Serge - yes, you should make kids. So you can have poems!

Roger - my husband won't let me forget that I missed it, either! I think I'll have to ask him to read it to me. I know he wants to...
